Taking care of telephone contact with customers and suppliers 
You are always on standby for incoming calls and are the first point of contact for questions, problems or complaints from customers and suppliers. In turn, you inform them about the status of orders or repairs;

Managing and processing orders and repairs 
You follow up on orders and repairs (from the store and webshop). You are also responsible for placing new orders with our suppliers;

Processing, checking and handling (online) orders. 
You book delivered orders and handle returns neatly. You provide new items with stickers, and you carefully pack both orders and repairs before shipping them to the customer;

You also maintain the webshop. In short: in all tasks
In short: all tasks are about fulfilling a pivotal role between our jeweler, customers and suppliers.

You have at least 3 years of after sales experience (hard requirement), preferably in the jewelry industry (less hard requirement);

You are fluent in Dutch and English (both spoken and written) and are communicatively very strong;

You are able to work independently and accurately;

You have demonstrable hbo- or wo-work- and -thinking level;

You can work fluently with Word, Excel and other MS Office applications;

You have knowledge of and experience working on Apple devices.
